SAM LABS / CAGEBOT / LEGO BASED (AGE 6 - 9)
STEM+ Design Invitation
The theme of this creative competition is "Smart City", and the participating teams are expected to think about food, clothing, housing, transportation, entertainment, etc. to show the creativity of the team.
SAM LABS BASED CHALLENGE (AGE 6-9)
Mission -
Marine Recue
This challenges participants to build robots that can help in a variety of water search and rescue scenarios, providing assistance to seafarers in cases of emergency and breakdowns.
iot Cargo
Design a scientifically powered truck which is controlled by program. Give full play to the spirit of STEM+ through simple programming logic, students will make scientific power machinery trucks for competitions.
LEGO® BASED CHALLENGE (AGE 9 -13 / 13 - 18)
Relay Mission - ECO Farming
ECO-Farming is a service that promotes a sustainable and environmentally friendly way of farming. This year's competition will test the abilities of participants to take on the agricultural challenges of small-scale producers while adhering to the geographical restrictions of the venue.
Remote Soccer
The Remote Soccer platform that is revolutionizing the way we play the beautiful game. With the latest in robotics, participants are creating a team of robots to take part in soccer matches, allowing players to experience the thrill of strategy and competition.
Auto Sumo
Auto Sumo Competition that brings together teams from around the world to compete with self-developed sumo robots in an automated programming challenge. Each team builds, programs and tests its robot to see if it can push its opponents out of the competition field.
Remote Sumo
The Remote Sumo Competition is an exciting way to enjoy the thrill of traditional Japanese Sumo Wrestling. Participants take turns to remotely control robots that bump into each other, trying to push their opponents off the field until one is victorious.
CAGEBOT BASED CHALLENGE (AGE 13 - 18)
Lightweight Auto Sumo
The Cagebot Lightweight Auto Sumo of APRA, the perfect combination of industrial focus and advanced engineering design. Teams will self-developed sumo robots with automated programming, where each team builds, programs, and tests its robot to see if it can push its opponents out of the competition field.
RULES OF THE CATEGORIES
The official rules for the APRA International Final are designed to ensure fair and equal competition amongst all participants. All participants must adhere to the rules set forth in order to be eligible for prizes and recognition. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification from the competition. Good luck!
